the mentorship

The mentorship is a rigorous experience directly following the academy with the founder and principal of Il Mulino, a grooming and self-care business, that continuously shifts the market and can provide a hands-on experience of what it takes to succeed in this industry. By shadowing the mentor's daily schedule and activities, mentees can gain a deeper understanding of the skills and traits necessary for success.

A typical day in the mentor's schedule may involve servicing clients, preparing for meetings, and focusing on strategic planning for the growth of the business. During client appointments, mentees can observe how the mentor interacts with clients, provides personalized recommendations, and creates a positive and relaxing experience for them. This will give mentees an understanding of the importance of effective communication and customer service in the grooming and self-care industry.

The mentor may also have meetings with suppliers, partners, executives of the company, and other stakeholders to discuss business growth and strategic planning. In these meetings, mentees can learn about the mentor's approach to business development, and gain insights into how to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies. Additionally, mentees can observe the mentor's ability to build relationships and negotiate deals, which are key skills in the grooming and self-care industry.

Aside from servicing clients and attending meetings, the mentor may also spend time researching industry trends, exploring new products, and developing business plans. This will provide mentees with a deeper understanding of the importance of continuous learning and improvement, and how to stay informed and motivated in this field.

In conclusion, a rigorous mentorship with the founder and principal of a grooming and self-care business provides mentees with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and knowledge about what it takes to succeed in this industry. By shadowing the mentor's daily schedule and observing their interactions with clients and stakeholders, mentees can gain a deeper understanding of the skills and traits necessary for success in the grooming and self-care industry.

one-on-one mentoring with founder, Jared W. White

“Do you have a mentor? I have had multiple mentors over the years & they have all played a vital part in my success today. Most being older but some being younger. To this day we hold five different companies that lie under our Mother company which employs upwards of forty people. I have learned that I can learn from anyone. We have to accept the fact that we do not know everything to ultimately further our success rate. If we don't know, we have to be taught.

Would you like to charge more? Possibly create a little more demand for yourself? Maybe you’re leading your own barbershop or salon. I am here to help elevate your craft & simultaneously expand your book of business for years to come. Whether it is a phone call or facetime, I am available to those trying to create a career within the hair industry. Let's show you the ropes.”
