Our Vetting Process:

• Initial Consultation & Review: Your consultation is the first step. We look for individuals with a background in customer service or a strong desire to develop those skills. Our goal is to ensure that our apprentices and master barbers are passionate about the industry and committed to their craft.

• Understanding Your Motivations: We review your questionnaire responses to gain insight into your goals, previous experiences, and willingness to embrace new challenges. This helps us determine if our Apprenticeship Program aligns with your aspirations.

• The Interview: If your consultation stands out, we’ll invite you for an in-person conversation. This is more than just an interview—it’s an opportunity to build a one-on-one connection, assess mutual fit, and give you a chance to ask any questions about the program.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

• Full-Time Commitment Preferred: We prioritize onboarding individuals who are ready to commit full-time to their craft. If you're currently in another role but have a clear roadmap for transitioning into barbering full-time, we’re open to the conversation. While this isn’t a strict rule, it is our general preference.

• Selective Process: Our Apprenticeship Program is highly competitive—only about 5-10% of applicants make it through. This reflects our commitment to quality over quantity, ensuring that every apprentice we take on is serious about their growth and success.

• More Than a Barbershop: We are not just a place for haircuts; we are a professional community built on skill, service, and mutual support. We believe in good karma—helping others in the industry and elevating our craft together. We are professionals servicing professionals.
